After walking for 30 minutes in the evening and not finding the street where the alleged “authentic sushi” is, Joyce and Jonathan approach an older man and woman in a parking lot…

Jonathan (in broken spanish) - Excuse me, do you know where Padre Hertado Avenida is?
Man (in broken english) - Yes, it is 10 minutes that way..
Jonathan -Oh.. 10 minutes walk?
Man - 10 minutes bus…
Joyce (to Jonathan)  - I am so hungry!!!

Man unlocks the passenger door and gestures to get in the car.  Joyce and Jonathan attempt to politely refuse even as Joyce is already climbing into the back of the car.  The couple drops them off at the gas station at the main intersection of Padre Hertado and huge grattitude is expresed, while quick good-byes are exchanged and not without the customary kisses on the cheek.

Minutes later, tasty sushi (without cream cheese, which is rare in Santiago) is enjoyed…
